Fresh taco salad

I'm back with the recipes now! This is what I've been eating mostly since I got back home. This fresh, healthy and delicious taco salad can definitely be added to the list of "super quick and easy recipes". It takes like five minutes to make this.

//  Jag är tillbaka med recept nu! Sedan jag kom hem igen har jag mest ätit det här. Den här fräscha, nyttiga och goda tacosalladen kan definitivt läggas till i listan av "supersnabba och enkla recept". Det tar endast runt fem minuter att göra. 


This salad is also great to add as a side dish when having a barbeque or something. It's also perfect to bring as a lunch box for work or school since you don't have to heat it up. Sometimes I've been eating the salad alone, but I've also had it in tortilla bread and made wraps.

//  Den här salladen är toppen att ha som en sidorätt till middag om man grillar eller något. Den är också perfekt att ha i lunchlåda till jobbet eller skolan eftersom att man inte behöver värma upp den. Ibland har jag bara ätit salladen, men jag har också haft det i tortillabröd och gjort wraps.


Ingredients
- 190 g corn
- 2 celery sticks
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 small red onion
- Some coriander
- Some lemon juice
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Chili flakes

Fresh taco salad

1. Drain and rinse the corn. Chop the celery, tomatoes, avocado, red onion and coriander and put in a bowl.

2. Squeeze over some lemon juice and add the salt, black pepper and chili flakes. Mix the salad.

3. Eat just as it is or make a wrap with some tortilla bread.
