5 things I've learnt as a vegan

– Carbs are not the enemy like society portrays it. Carbs are energy and carbs are delicious. 

– Eating a plant based diet has made me more positive and happy (I can definitely relate to THIS article).

– It feels good knowing you're doing something amazing for the animals, planet and your own body. 

– There's so many beauty and makeup brand that sadly still uses animal products and test on animals. I like the challenge to find new brands that's vegan and cruelty free though. 

– It's so much easier going vegan than people think. You just have to make the connection. I have honestly never felt better!
